From Naples with Love
'MeadowSpoon originated from a bold vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi clan, in 1985, opened our pizza parlor as a quaint, familial spot, continuing a heritage of recipe perfection.
'Marco Bianchi', our progenitor, acquired the art of pizza creation while voyaging across Italy, receiving guidance from eminent Neapolitan pizza artisans. Back in the UK, she was resolute to offer the quintessential Italian pizza experience, sticking to age-old practices and the choicest materials.
What started as a humble abode with 12 seats has flourished into a cherished community cornerstone. Our vow to excellence and genuineness stands firm—we adhere to original wood-fired oven techniques, craft our dough from scratch each day, and procure premium ingredients.
Currently, 'MeadowSpoon' preserves its status as family-owned, entrusting the baton to the succeeding 'Bianchi' generation at its helm. While adapting some contemporary enhancements, our mission endures: to serve delightful, traditional pizza that serves as a bond for our patrons.
